I also agree with you that every ones in a while there is a good turkish drama out there (By the way, above I only called the "korean remade" tdramas bad not all of them) I agree that a lot of the dramas you listed are indeed good dramas. But there is only one thing I want to mention about your list;;
they are either adaptations from foreign dramas or adaptations of beloved, well known and famous books written by turkish autors so almost non of them are original tv scripts/stories...This just goes to show that especially in the past few years Turkish tv producers have been extremely lazy and were not taking a lot of risks... But still it doesnt mean that I am not in love with K?vanç Tatl?tu? in Kurt Seyit ve Sura :D:D ?_?

I mean the idea of casting a popular and beautiful actor is to have an initial audience for your movie/tvshow!And thats not a bad thing!! Casting LMH isnt very far off from casting Angelina Jolie even though she is a crap actress!
This drama,Heirs,Pretty Boy series,etc. are hype dramas get over it,its not like they are hiding it :D
Heirs...The plot is very cliche,and at times very predictable and cheesy,but I think its hated and criticized too much.Half of the critics are just looking for attention.I dont mind criticism,but when its too harsh and repetitive than I question the objectivity of it.

oh you guys were comparing hype dramas,now i get it. Well hahaha people can say anything,I am pretty sure KHS was casted 50% because he looked like a porcelain doll."Do Min-Joon possesses a near perfect appearance and enhanced physical abilities" is what the drama description says,I am not sure if you put an actor with amazing acting skills but lack of looks could pull that off. Plus there are thousands other tv shows and movies who are higher in art content and less focused on the looks.You just gotta choose what you watch! Some kdramas are hype dramas,some are focused more on acting and story than the looks of actors...You just gotta pick them according to that.

i was just asking why they are being compared, because i see nothing in common to compare in the first place.
personally i believe there are very little amount of actors who doesnt depend on their looks and popularity.its just a matter that some depend on it more than the others.i dont like LMH that much,but if what you said is working for him,i dont see any harm in it.But i think he is talented and thats why its a shame that he takes on similar roles instead of a different variety...

I have seen every Hana Kimi out there and my favorite is the Japanese one.Then the Taiwanese one which was okay,except the weird sense of aegyo that is mentioned above :D
