But if she was playing pretend and recognized him wouldn't she show any sign of emotion towards her brother being beaten up so horribly? Even Nok Su couldn't hold back her emotions 100%. idk it looked as if she doesn't recognize who he is. She just said she feels bad for him. Anyways, let's hope they finally untangle this soon. >.<

I have the same thoughts about Mo Ri. I keep thinking he'll shift to Gil Dongs side and join their group. And ep 21 really was too much. I expected the king to not side with Gil Dong but I couldn't have imagined he'd toy with him in this manner. It was all too much and too sad.

Am I the only one who's lost here? Gil Dong's sister still keeps the wristband thingy and said she was an orphan which insinuates she remembers her family yet she did not recognize him at all in ep 21 even though she saw his face? I'd understand if he doesn't recognize her because a few years have passed and she's grown but he looks the same soo what am I missing? lol I really hope they stop dragging this part of the story in the next ep.

good drama, but I don't like how Yeol is always thought of late. First when he fell into the well no one realized he was missing until he called for them and then after he was thrown out to sea it took them so long to realize he was gone. I know other things were on their mind but still, there was time to realize this earlier... Part of me hopes he didn't die and was just knocked out since his pulse wasn't checked to make sure he's gone...but those birds did gather above him as if to symbolize that he really is dead...who knows...

Can someone explain to me why the queen mother hates Wang So? I mean she threatened to kill him when he was just a child, scarred him and send him away and she has the nerve to hate on him like that? Whyyy? because "a son is supposed to make their mother shine" like you made him the way he is...why was it him that she threatened to kill.. because he was the youngest, as in the easier one to threaten the king with? I do not understand. Also, was he sent away in place of her older son because he got scarred? and what's up with the king? he nearly didnt let Wang So stay in the palace because of his mother's plot while he's doing nothing to the queen herself and the directly involved brother in that situation?

I don't understand why senior Yoon's mom didn't ask the doctors to pull her son off of life support but did it herself? anyone care to enlighten me, thank you. like i know that after she did it she wanted to be punished since she felt guilty for the relief she felt but that's after a matter of fact, before that, she could've just asked the doctors to pull him off of life support. since, he is brain dead she had that option...

I was also confused as to why she didn't show when she assured him she'll go...why do that and then bail without an explanation? I don't understand why their friendship went cold after her accident which wasn't his fault in any way what so ever and on top of that he kept apologizing as if he had done something wrong ugh As for the ending, it just meant that Seol and Jung are gonna take some time apart until he feels he can love her the way she deserves and be a better person overall. It's an open ended ending and we won't really know what happens later unless they do like a second season or I hear there's going to be a movie as well.

I don't know details, but the writers had to come up with their own ending because the webtoon is still ongoing at least from what I've heard.

I wasn't happy with how things went down in the last few eps but I was really happy with them taking time off and Yoo Jung deciding to work on himself. I think they both had stuff to figure out on their own that they couldn't while they were together.

I just finished ep.2 and am somewhat confused...was Jeong Shin's father one of Soon Young's rapists and killed by Jo Sep? If so why did Jeong Shin not get released from prison and why did the mother get killed as well?

I'm pretty sure it was Kang Doo Ri not Kang Gureum, but really sad none the less :/

Yeaa I agree, their story was really boring though I liked how gentle he was with her in contrast to the previous king who just slashed women left and right lol Did Cheok Sa Gwang really exist? I wonder if she will fight Bang Ji or train him eventually (as the king is nice so they may all become allied?) or both? Ah this drama is soo good, way exceeded my expectations >.< lol

So HAPPY to see a master female swordsman in this drama!! ＠＾▽＾＠

Dang Sae is my fave too but Moo Hyul was definately great this ep. He's becoming more perceptive and serious now though I love his light and carefree side..it really helps to lighten up some of the heaviness in the drama, i really hope they keep that..

ep 25 is AMAZING. very intense and emotional by the end. loved it!

well actually, after watching the entire series it wasn't as dark as I was beginning to think it was in the first eps of it.
