Agreed. As much I’ve been betrayed by these historical dramas I keep coming back to them because I just love them. Now i go in with the expectation: 1. Story only picks up after 15 episodes. 2. Your favourite character will die.
ZLY is such a hardworking, talented gem in the c-entertainment industry. I’ve only discovered her now during the pandemic when I have the time to catch up on dramas. She played the strong female lead in Princess Agents so well. Then there’s also the cute bubbly side to her in The Rise of a Tomboy which she pulled off so naturally well.
I only feel sad that she sustained so much injuries doing her stunts over the years and working non-stop without rest. Hope she gets more rest soon even if it’s less shows for us. <3 to LiYing!
