I believe the fact that the king can finally access Ak Hee’s mind while Ak Hee is in control is because as a person he gets stronger and he is ready to face whatever only Ak Hee could.
The dialog of both personalities is a sign of them merging - most of us have two voices naturally we call it our conscience the second one for example . Not all people but most have dialogs in their head with themselves . If you look even the word conscience is starting with con meaning “with” in latin and scientia is “awareness “ so basically it is “co awareness “ like in Co - operation.
Before AK Hee personality was his shield from life and now he is strong enough they are merging and two separate personalities merge into and talk to oneself like most people can (not all but most )
Another point Ak Hee never showed anything demonically and evil. If anything he was very human … He saved FL more than once and he never took advantage really and behind his actions there is a logic …he also helped promoting Kings policies and took peoples lives to heart He had some personality growth even and then he bravely resisted temptation and got a knife on his back, sworn time he seems at least sort of gives in to temptation (but it’s very human too) His personality is just another side of the king that was split and is merging to one whole complex person capable of being very soft and also very tough and face anything …
The more I watch this drama the more I like it…No I love it.
Leo smiles with his whole face my, my, my who would have thought that little boy would grow into such a fine actor.+++10 for him.
Jinmai, is doing a fantastic job with her role. Shy, six years younger and cautious. He has gained her trust and she has made her decision. I believe the slowness is intentional. Dating an unknown person is different than dating someone you’ve casually known. So it takes time.
The music…gosh I love it… so retro. The choreography of the filming, lighting, and the music in perfect harmony. To me they don’t have to talk a lot, the touch of a hand, bump of a shoulder. When everything is lined up… the show speaks for itself
What I love about this drama is the instant "fell in love at first sight". Though Yin Guo is cautious and Yiyang is also unsure of how to proceed, they both make an effort to know one another. He tells her about his family, she shyly asks him questions and goes out with him on dates, fully trusting him.
The funny part is when the whole billiards team lands up in their apartment, making her shy. But they all seem to accept her, even calling her sis-in-law.
I really love this drama. None of that “oops..I fell on you lips” thing. It’s refreshing to see what finding love is truly like for some people. The awkwardness, the loaded stares and the wholesomeness of it all. Love the maturity of the characters too. This is my total favourite ❤️
I want to say a “fundamental” sentence: Do all kings in this world have no flaws?
Or did they want to live a lifestyle that they might be forced to?!
Or are there nothing they hide from society, or are they all so perfect? The answer: No, of course👍
Therefore, I find the story of this series a realistic application of the life we live, and their choice of star Park Ji Hoon was one of the most beautiful, in terms of acting, performance, beauty, and even flaws.👌♥️
For this exceptional role 👏 Akhee 💔 Sajohyun 👍
Also, if she was kissing him all the time whenever he asked for it, that would been some expensive contract for the production to be able to pay them for all the kissing scenes. Hence, they have to compromise and somehow place the blame on the show characters....sigh😏
The joy and pain of watching something this sweet and cute, while being single.
Weekly dose of ki*ling myself, ending the day with giggles and smile
