canghai knows jin lian and jin luo condition that is why she always give medicine to jin cheng ( protector ) and always asking him about their condition but none of those medicine can cure them..the reason why he didn't tell Canghai about Hao xuan helping him because they have a deal not to tell anyone or else he will not help lord protector...he has been tricked by hao xuan because he target a vulnerable protector when it comes to his children..at that moment canghai didn't know that chukong can heal people using his qinlin spirit...i feel bad for the protector he have to choose between his family and his promise to the father of canghai he have no choice but to tell canghai about her twin..
