On Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo Apr 11, 2020
I looked up these old series as I had seen the 2014 one. Picture quality is poor as it would be for 1995 but they were sure strong on blood and guts in those days comparing with drama I assume was for children - I would think it would be the other way. Very good if you suspend belief. I take one off because hard to watch poor picture quality.

Comedy, mystery, suspense to the end. Goes straight into my top ten K-dramas. Good fun, zany, a lot going on that almost becomes confusion but just avoids it. The hairstyles, clothes look really dated although the show is only 13 years ago. LMK I hardly recognise compared with other shows [even Really Really Like You which is from the year before this] maybe it's the hair. 11/10*

there are too many bromances to count really. It's all centered around bromances and chosen family kind of feel
Thanks for tip, I enjoyed this, I agree it really developed well ーespecially characters you could identify with ーafter about episode 3。I would be put off by nothing but fighting so probably would not have continued to watch without your tip ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Well worth a watch, story and characters developed well after early episodes. Fights taking up too much time for me but I suppose that goes with the territory in this genre. Not much romance which suits me. For me ending muddled and not so convincing.

This was really great, genuinely scary at times、 maybe because I watch this at night. It is a
"murder in closed setting" trope but original in how it was done and characterisation, and
in the psychology and motivation involved in the crime. The characters as hi school students were believable, not like adults playing at students. There is nice comedy mixed in without
spoiling the serious dark side of the story. Finally the story included a battle of minds
between an ”evil genius” and the hero genius Kindaichi which promises to be an extra interest to keep us hooked in future stories [reminds me of Sherlock Holmes and Moriarty in the
English Sherlock Holmes stories].

This idea I like, to repeat one year before my last exam 〜 idea seems similar to
「一週間フレン・One week friends」maybe will try

Very touching drama, nice ML and FL, covers many teen problems, not just romance, various sub-plots keep interest going. I thought it dragged in the middle, can get too heavy, but glad I stayed with it. Start of last episode I thought it had a credible conclusion but of course it then drowned in "corn" and tears. This romantic type of drama, it seems this is inevitable.

I had to force myself to finish the drama. It got a bit draggy in the middle for the main lead couple and I was…
Thanks〜reason I ask is because I have started so many like this and lost interest around episode 10 or 11 and feel time is wasted.

On I Really Really Like You Feb 16, 2020
I had doubts about watching this but I am enjoying it a lot, I think it is the characters that make it and the actors play them really well - LMK plays his "bad guy" role very well but just when
you begin to hate him he shows he knows he's been bad [often impressed on him with a
whack from his dad] and wins you over. Eugene also plays really well the clueless country girl whose feistiness and honesty still rescues her from the Seoul sharks out to fleece her and brings her out on top - eventually. I think it is too long for this story and gets boring , so stopped half way for a break.

Title In Hand
If this guy in Hakone really he needs taking time out to relax in hot spring。 I think this drama does not seem to know what it wants to do〜 first it is serious medical mystery thriller then next minute just sentimental melodrama and becomes boring

At first I was rather bored by this show and irritated by Kim Go Eun's character, however as it progressed I really came to enjoy it and watch it every day. What kept me watching was Seo Kang Joon's handsome face I think, but it was worth staying with in the end.
