Same. The show was doing so well up until she gave birth, too. It looks like she's stuck in an endless loop of…
I didn't ever think in an endless loop, but can be possible. I thought all those women in the closed room were other victims, not always Pink, but your reasons have more sense, since her friend couldn't be evil since ep.1
Effectively, the end at the cave entrance was SUPER confusing. Maybe, in the future, at the end of all stories, will all the victims meet there to fight against evil?
And why is Jennie's work supporting discrimination? I'm not saying that this problem doesn't exist in Thailand,…
I can't agree with you. The fact you said 99% of her job is clowning shows me you don't really know Jennie's work.
Did you watch 'Gay OK Bangkok'? 'Love of First Hate? 'Friend Zone'? 'The Shipper'? Her little role in 'Still 2gether'? Sometimes she can have comic scenes, alright, but just like any other actor/actress! For me, she never made that dark skin people look bad and undesirable.
Personally, about her MC jobs, I see Jennie as an extroverted person with a wonderful and amusing personality. There's a big difference between to laugh with somebody and to laugh at someone. It is absolutely not the second one.
You have a point about how Thai (and generally Asian) show business hardly ever signs a dark skin artist, but it doesn't mean that if they hired one, it's only to act as a fool and stereotype character...
Recently Jennie received the 'Must Gorgeous Lady of the Year' award at Kazz Award 2020. It was by popular vote, so it means that the public, who should see her as "a fool clown undesirable person", considers Jennie a great woman and artist.
Do not support this "actress". She's being hired by GMMTV to make dark skin people look bad and look like clowns…
And why is Jennie's work supporting discrimination?
I'm not saying that this problem doesn't exist in Thailand, but only because SHE is a cheerful dark skin actress, it doesn't mean she is clowning around to create an image about dark skin people. She is also an MC, can't she be amusing and comic in their shows?
I don't know if you watched '3 will be free', but in this series, she had a LGTBQ+ serious role which intercede against discrimination. If GMMTV support discrimination, why are they giving her a role which breaks with this "clown role" as you said?
