If she remembered everything before she was kidnapped, wouldn't she remember that she wasn't going to marry Cui Ju? I mean she had no intention to marry him and planned her own kidnapping. However after the memory loss she acted like an innocent and pure girl, but she wasn't. Her personality before the kidnapping should be the same as after the memory loss, but this is not the case as we see in the flashbacks after she regained her memories.

It is not a big deal for TYH to leave the company, cuz she can easily find another job. Moreover she doesn't have to work at all, cuz her daddy is a rich guy. But if TXN leaves, it might be really hard for her to find another job. So this does not prove that TYH loves ML more than TXN.
