Just like I stated, this review was written before the series has ended. Some scenes might change. There was a scene that I saw, I can't remember if it was in the trailer or in some spoilers, where the fans ship the main leads so hard( from the series that has been recorded and Kao is the main lead; which is totally understandable ), which causes problem between Nubsib and Gene. Nubsib doesn't like it when he is shipped with others, and Gene is clearly jealous about it. That is all happening when the series are promoted. Correct, only young and unexperienced fans get too invested not only in BL series, but in any kind. Also I've seen on the Internet comments from BL fans who are twice my age. The thing is that, and I know that we are too early in the series, but I don't want to spoil anything for you, so I'll put it this way. I don't know if they will end up together at the end( Nubsib and Gene),but the fans aren't making it easy between them. This is the toxicity that I referred to. They won't let them be unless they are with their fave. I know that I might sound like I'm off topic here, but please wait until the end.
I've read that some of you are saying that there is going to be season 3( it is still unconfirmed). I have no idea what they are going to show in this season. Jojo and HY ended up together and are happy together(how much idk). Sun Oh tries to fall in love with Yook Jo(how is it going? no idea). Go Min Si is still rotting inside. Maybe they want a whole season just for Go Min Si's mother because she wanted to go and be free. There is no way that they are going to make Jojo leave HY and go back to Sun Oh. Even if they did that, I wouldn't want to see her with him. Any other ideas?
If I could I'd give this season a 0/10. Hear me out: way too long episodes for something like this. They could've add 3 more episodes to the first season and call it a day. Second season felt like we are walking in circles. "Today I like SunOh but I'll run to HY. Well I'll try to love you but in the back of my mind I still think of him."- Jojo. Honestly I really hate things like that. Glad that my boy SunOh found someone that loved him for him and someone who cares about his feelings. HY and Jojo will heal each other. Didn't expect the ending and I'm not gonna lie, this was really a big disappointment. At least for me.
