if im not wrong, and by judgding from the trailer i saw, it looked like the same maid who strangled her was the one yangxi punished, also we saw him stopping shouhua from pitiying the family who framed her mum, so maybe she might have pitied the maid and took the beating for her (?), idk but there could be something we might not know at all ... but again we'll probably see tomorrow or something 🤷🏾♀️

the women for women aspect of this drama gives it a high re-watch value for me .. it started off with women having no power to women making their name in the world .. bestest 🫶🏾
ding yuxi NEVER disappoints, even if everything else does .. although mao zi-jun has been a discovery for me in this drama .. both of them were soooo good
