Yeah but in the preview the doctor said she underwent several plastic surgeries . And she went straight to the castle after escaping the hospital(why would she know that location ) . She kept singing that song to drive madness into her ex-husband . I think it's her 80% based on these facts.

Also, one question : Why after the peck kiss scene they went for old KT looking at young MY? I though they would go for younger selves looking at each other since that s where they left it off in childhood ,at the flower scene and now it should have completed .

Oh my god I've just seen the episode...I ve been through all the emotions...That last scene left me speechless ...I m glad a friend of mine recommended watching this in june because otherwise it would have been just a plan to watch as many others . Honestly this is the best drama I ve ever watched so far , and hands down the best IMO among all . Everyone enjoy this blessed summer in such a harsh environment regarding the virus. Thank you
