precisely lol! as much as they are on the show and we're watching for entertainment purposses, they are real people with real feelings. you can't deny that our feelings and emotions are determined by the situation itself, we can literally comment on a certain incident that happen in the show, but to put yourself in that position, we might end up doing the same thing as them, we're all human and we can't think straight in many situations. of course, thinking back, you regret your actions and reflect etc but it's a reality show, as much as they're on a tv show, the show is raw just like any other real life situations. we can't determine 'red flags' or 'green flags' just to support our opinions, we're all hypocrites at the end of the day.. as you said, real ordinary people who makes mistakes just like EVERY VIEWER here.

the EXchange series are always edited in raw forms where they don't have an amount of episodes decided for a season, and they edit the footage along the weeks to determine whether to drop 1-2 per week and the duration of that episode as well. same goes for the number of episodes as they decide how long they want to air it out. hence, they extended it to 20 episodes, besides alot of fans and koreans absolutely love the series and we love super long episodes, so gathering the feedback from fans as well, they would always try their best to extend(?) in a sense.

this whole show feels like a storyboard that they just drew the scenes out and they filmed in exactly as how it is. feels so fast and not much explanation / info is being conveyed

this movie was easily a 10/10 what do u mean romance wasnt needed..? they confided in each other at their lowest points of their lives, to give each other the will to live and become a better person.. wells wtv u say.. still a good movie
