Appreciate the clarification, but just to be clearâI wasnât forcing anything on anyone, I left a comment, ppl responded, and I replied back. All I did was stand by what I said in the first place, which Iâm allowed to do. Thatâs not being âeagerâ or trying to shove anything.. itâs just called a discussion.
anyway i never said character growth is only about how he fights and i'm not dismissing the parts of Si Eunâs growth you pointed out. I agree that his development goes beyond fighting. Iâm also not saying Si Eun needs to turn into some elite fighter or ditch his core personality. I just feel like after everything heâs been through, constantly being dragged into fights, taking hits left and right.. it wouldnât hurt for him to learn a bit more like he did in season 1 and make things easier on himself. Thatâs not even about liking violence, itâs about survival and not having to struggle every single time.
We clearly see things differently, and thatâs always fine. But i'd appreciate it if you didnât twist what I said into something it wasnât. đđŒ
damn chill tf out. I made one comment saying itâd make logical sense for Si Eun to actually get better at fightingâespecially when heâs constantly in situations where people are beating the hell out of himâand suddenly youâre talking like I insulted your lifeâs work. âTell that to the producerâ? Bro, you good? You act like I called for a full reboot when all I did was point out a valid observation.
We all know he doesnât like fighting. Thatâs literally been the point from the start. But hating violence doesnât mean you just sit there catching hands every time. Ever heard of growth? Character development? He doesnât have to go full martial arts prodigy, but learning to defend himself doesnât contradict his valuesâit supports them.
And that âgo make your own storyâ line? lol weakest response ever. Weâre in a comment section for a reasonâto talk about the show. If people arenât allowed to say what they wish happened, what are we doing here? Youâre pressed over someone having a different take, not realizing youâre the only one taking it personal.
also baek jin definitely won that fight. They had to gang up on him just to take him down⊠dude's an absolute…
Yeah, I get that he doesnât care about fighting but at this point, itâs survival. Being small and frail is more of a reason to learn how to defend yourself, not less...
im assuming donald is baek jin's name in the webtoon⊠if heâs supposed to be the strongest, Iâm low key disappointed for the future antagonists for this drama lol.
Exactly, itâs not like he has a choice not to fight... so whatâs stopping him from actually getting better at it? Learning to fight doesnât mean he has to go around starting fights and like them, it just means he can protect himself and his friends better.
I donât get it⊠why doesnât Si Eun learn to fight better? Does he enjoy getting beat up or something? The guy talks a lot of smack, gets wrecked half the time, yet still ends up winning in the end lol
bro yes.. like didn't you ask this same question last time too?
Iâm not sure what twitterâs got to do with it, but that person literally asked âare they really searching for an Asian actor?â few days ago and even dropped an article along with it. So tbh Iâm just sitting here wondering⊠did they forget they already got the answer or are we doing reruns for the funcies?
