I watched it multiple times trying to recognize him and I think he shows up at 0:07 (the person slashing the zombies looks like him) He also appears again at 0:10 as the third character introduced and his name 지창욱 appears

Binged all 9 episodes… the more I watched, the more confused I got. Even after all 9 episodes it felt like not much happened, yet I couldn’t stop watching. Not sure what kind of “drug” they put on show but I genuinely loved it...it was ridiculously funny too.

also Mizumachi calls Tonari a dimwit and honestly… he really is a dimwit lol.. like he's has photographic memory but does absolutely nothing with it lol

This was a 10/10 until the last few episodes, and then it just went downhill for me. The fl after getting back with her ex literally had to be dumped by her physically abusive fiancé/boyfriend who disappeared and didn’t contact her for over two years?? That alone was so annoying and unnecessary, like why was that the trigger for the leads getting back together lmaoo

And the ml… honestly, he annoyed me too. There was absolutely no reason to act all cool and distant. If you like her, go after her and be a man Instead of just hiding behind that whole “game” situation you trapped himself into and doing nothing.

Also, I really disliked that girl who was clearly only after a rich guy to marry. I genuinely don’t understand what the ml’s friend saw in her cuz there’s no way I’d be obsessed with a woman who’s dating me just because she thinks I’m rich. Even early on when he straight up told her “I’m not rich,” she brushed it off like “lol you’re joking” ......that was the exact moment I completely lost hope in her. But I guess the ml's friend was just blinded by her looks

Anyway, I’d give this a 6/10 overall. If you want to watch it until their break up, go ahead because it’s genuinely really good up to that point. After that though… just drop it lol

Thanks for the list.. Love Is War is pretty simple ngl but I really enjoyed the dynamic between the leads...... There’s also this drama called A Girl & Three Sweethearts....what do you think of it? I was interested until the reviews ruined my excitement even tho it's rated 8. Do you think it’s worth watching?

tbh, I probably would’ve dissed it if it weren’t for Meet Me After School and Falling High School Girl and Irresponsible Teacher. these two dramas made me realize I don’t have to agree with or relate to the characters to appreciate a story...if it’s compelling and keeps me interested, why not give it a chance? So now I don’t really mind watching it even though I know the relationship is wrong lol

Also, it’s kind of frustrating how low rated a lot of jdramas are on mdl, even when they’re genuinely good. Those ratings alone probably turn so many people away before they even give them a chance which is a shame cuz it really doesn’t reflect the quality or how interesting the story actually is

anyway so far in my jdrama journey, out of 30+ shows I’ve watched I’ve only rated four a full 10/10. But cuz of those few, I think I’ve completely fallen in love with jdramas. They hit in a way that feels really memorable, and they’re the reason I wish they’d just keep making more stories like this endlessly.. if you haven't seem them i highly recommend them lol

I’m about 8 episodes in... gotta say It’s dangerously easy to binge and the fact that each episode is only about 24 minutes does not help lol but I really need a breather. I’m not expecting a happy ending at all tho where I’m at in the story, it’s obvious their relationship is wrong. Still, who am I to judge? and at the end of the day I’m not watching to relate to them or justify anything they do. I’m just oddly compelled by how raw and uncomfortable it is, and more than anything, I want to see how it all ends

anyway this is a bit off topic, but I’m currently watching Love and Fortune on netflix. I went in blind after i liked watching Meet Me After School, and this one is ten times deeper than I expected. It honestly makes me feel like I shouldn’t be watching it, but at the same time I want to know the outcome more than anything. Have you seen it??
