WowW Lee Chae Min ate this role up. I was really sad that Park Sung Hoon was recasted but then I fell in love with LCM. Now, I can't picture anyone else to play this role. I remembered his tiny appearance in Alchemy of souls and thought "wow he's cute." Looking forward to his next role.
Uggg! I want to start this! But I have so much work assignments to do! This and the one with yang yang and cheng lei and Zhou ye! Iāve been avoiding spoilers but itās too hard ššš
I feel like Iām the only one who likes it so far based on the comments hahah. I get that itās not everyoneās…
I am also loving it so far. Their chemistry isn't filled with tension and that's okay. Their subtle and sweet. I thought it would be action packed but it isn't and i'm finding that okay too, i'm not as stressed lol. The siblings and friends are loving too.
at first im enjoying it. but i put this drama on hold in ep22 when they started amnesia arc. its starting to get…
Same. It's also on hold for me at the moment too at the amnesia arc too. lol. Plot has definitely l slowed down and lost its gripping tension it had in the beginning. But i still do want to see it to the end for MZY and LYX.
I read an article where Meng Zi Yi said she was once rejected for a role because she was ātoo beautiful.ā She openly said she wouldāve been fine with honest feedback ā whether it was her acting skills, her popularity, or anything else that made her unfit. She wanted real reasons, not vague excuses. But some people actually called her tone-deaf for that and said she shouldāve just accepted the rejection as a polite way to say no. Thatās complete nonsense and exactly why this industry is so toxic. If thereās a legitimate reason she doesnāt fit a role, just say it. Itās not complicated. Yes, I agree she has room for improvement. Iāve been a fan since The Untamed, and while her growth isnāt extreme or dramatic, itās definitely there. Thereās more fluidity in her facial expressions, less stiffness, and more depth in her emotional range. Sheās not the best actress out there, but her acting is far from bad or āunfitā because of her looks. And saying her acting is bad because all she does is "opening her eyes very big" is way too simplistic. Acting is more than one expression. If you think she needs to improve, point out the specific moments or scenes would be way more helpful than just a one-note insult.
And also appearance has always been a major factor in the Chinese entertainment industry and pretty much everywhere else. So stop pretending ātoo beautifulā is some kind of insult or valid critique of her talent. Judging her based on how she looks instead of her skills is lazy, disrespectful, and insulting.
