Totally understand. I do the same for some other dramas. GeSun's love comes slowly and becomes very passionate later. Changge suffered tremendously up to episode 16 when Sun brought her to the grassland. The way he looks at her is very sweet. She doesn't know he cares about her in a romantic way until later. You can see their love for each other develops in a tender sweet way from how he wants to bring her away to his land to keep her safe to the way he looks out for her wherever she goes. It's a slow passionate building chemistry. You will see it unfold and become addicted to their love for each other. It's a slow burn that takes over your inner core. We all love them as a couple. They just won best couple for Vogue. Just give them a chance and you too will love them as much as we do.

You will miss the entire package if you skip the main couple. The series is based on Changge's life and the people in her life. Leyan played by Lusi is Changge's cousin. They have a very close sisterly bond that is very special. You can see how each character intertwined with each other. Hudao's mission was to kill Changge, but he evolved into a loving compassionate person because of Leyan. There are so many amazing scenes with the four leads together. You will miss out so much if you skip. I am not a fan of Lusi until I watched this drama. She has always been playing the cute, sassy, funny girl who is not the kind of character I prefer to watch. Lusi's character in this drama has helped her to play a role that shows her growth as an actress. I see that too for all the actors/ actresses.

Mimi and Mujin are older than Wulei. Haoyen didn't get much of a kissing scene as well. I have read that Wulei has a no kissing clause due to the pandemic. I don't think that is the case. The drama is PG so the director can capture a wider audience base, especially since everyone is drawn into the storyline of Changge and Sun. They are after all the main lead. The title of the drama is Changge Xing in Chinese. It's about Changge. I know a few older friends who are having their young children watch the drama.

You will love The Love by Hypnotic. I was drawn into the drama by the first episode. The female lead is a strong, sassy, yet warm loving character. The supporting characters are a bunch of funny guys just like TLB. The ending is happy and doesn't leave you with a sense of closure. Princess Agents is good, but the ending is a cliff hanger. I think you will be love The Love by Hypnotic , please give it a try.

The Love by Hypnotic is really good. Allen Fang who plays WShuyi is the lead. He played a prince who married a strong headed princess from the grassland. The love grows slowly like Gesun. The storyline is very funny. There are many funny characters and the cast is also well casted. The antagonist is a hot guy with long hair from the grassland. All of the characters were very funny.

Right! ZLX is older than WYBo from Legend of Fei. I also heard WuLei doesn't want to kiss due to pandemic. Another theory is director wanted to attract younger audience.
