I don’t know. I feel like it’s a good distribution for both Korean and Chinese. I mean even the Thai dramas get a lot of attraction. I think it might be because it’s a short “mini” show. People don’t usually watch the shows that are less than 20 min per ep (for the Chinese ones anyway. That’s what I’ve noticed)

I literally finished love scout and then started this. Im not the medical show type but this show literally had me at the edge of my seat in every episode. Most definitely worth the high rating.
