I know that everyone has a different opinion, but you dont feel the chemistry between the leads?? 🤯
None. I think that either Zhou Ye or Chang Lei were miscasted here. I think they don’t work well together

i must admit that line was stupid but she did realised few moments later that it was chu zhao’s doing not xiao…
Why on earth would she assume it’s his doing? Makes no sense. It’s the Emperors decree

Everyone saying the Romance makes up for the story! In my opinion, it does not! They are outcome of forced proximity and I don’t feel the chemistry at all. I’m so upset as this was awaited for so long! What a disappointment!!

Idiot He Yan! “In the end you want me to marry someone else.” It clearly says the Emperors decree, not Xiao Jue’s decree. What do you want him to do, commit treason and defy the emperor? A smart general wouldn’t think like this. Who wrote this script!!

She looks mature but that’s what needed for this type of drama. Generals should look strong not babyish

I hope they make her selfish and vengeful, relentless to her enemies. Would love to see an actual “evil” female lead.

It would be very funny if Cheng Lei gets cast as XJX in Rebirth of the Malicious Empress of Military Lineage 🤭🤭He’s…
Absolutely not. He doesn’t fit Xie Jing Xing at all.

If only u knew how we were struggling during The Princess Royal… or the legend of Su Rong Qing… if you know…
At least Su Rong Qing had a reason to believe FL liked him since they spent a whole lifetime together. Meanwhile Chu Zhao is holding on to two and a half deep conversations 😂😂

Well, it's currently airing, and those initial scores are never super accurate. Also, dramas on MDL always drop…
It never gets this high.

Minor thought - I started to watch a "LOFG" a few days ago, along with the "Flourished Peony".…
Does R stand for Romance? That’s actually so funny 😂. Flourished Peony was great, In Name of Blossom (2nd part) was trash

They should’ve made her find something of his on the ground to justify her reaction.
