a beautifully shot film nonetheless... I enjoyed the dynamics between the year 1979 and the year 2000...but the ending didn't really do it for me. It makes sense for the HAM radio's 'magic' to not work anymore, since In did eventually meet modern day Soeun in 2000, leaving 1979 Soeun in the past. It wouldn't make sense for In to be able to still talk to 1979 Soeun if he's no aware of 2000 Soeun. but I wish the movie ended a bit differently.. like if Soeun was able to go to the year 2000 as her 1979 self, which could possibly cause a twist in the timeline or something. but it did seem abrupt how In and Soeun basically accepted the past and future so quickly in the end. I mean, where's the processing of emotions? In was upset, but he ended up giving in to Hyunji so quickly, despite him brushing her off during the entire movie and making her feel bad about herself. Idk, the ending seemed a bit rushed, didn't feel fully wrapped up. but overall I enjoyed Ditto. Loved the acting of a few of my favorites Kim Ha Neul, Ha Ji Won, Yoo Ji Tae... 9.5/10
What was that ending?! How many storeys were there in that building and they just jumped?!
yeah i'm a bit confused as well, im even wondering how they managed to grab dohyuk before the thing collapsed... with the jump, maybe they had something arranged below that they could land on?
I really hope he takes the role! After seeing his small role in Voice 2, he would definitely blend in in The Escape of the Seven... or maybe he could be a hero?
I really like this show....but the way the rumors surrounding Da Mi exploded THAT much to the point the entire town basically hates her, and even believes her adoptive father is her groomer/predator without even trying to check the facts is just soooo bizarre and aggravating. I've already watched the first 4 episodes, but my muscles just tense up every second because everything gets worse for Da Mi and it wholey pisses me off. I had hope for her grandfather because I really thought he'd be the one to stop all of this, until he's literally killed off by Rahee and Jooran... like who would've thought! (sarcasm) I really hope Da Mi gets her revenge because this is just insane.
My favorite drama I think... Just finished and it was AMAZING!! The acting was superb and the storyline was very interesting, emotional and intense... A classic drama from 2000, I recommend to anyone who loves classic dramas!!
