He looks so much like Hong Kong actor Leon Lai. Everytime I bring Shosuke up to my sister, I say, “Yeah, it was Leon Lai’s brother who acted in it.” 😅 Anywho, I liked him in Lovely Complex and the Judgment video game.
A great blog post that is a great guide to what to expect each episode and their (characters) awesome moments - from lead pair to other characters. (Link below)
I loved High School Debut and Love Com! The soundtrack and costume design was awesome. I don’t care what anyone says. It makes me think of my youth and simpler times.
Okay. So, based off of second-hand knowledge, in terms of the military, I believe Yanzhen was vindicated for what…
Oh, really? I’m glad to know that.
If all, the show was a bit vague in that. They may have left us to come up with our own conclusions. But I definitely believe your words, and I’ll now stand by them. 😊
If I remember correctly it was wen zhong that exposed himself and brought the japanese. That's why why he felt…
Ah, yes. I actually came to that conclusion after that episode when it showed what exactly happened. I can rest a bit easier now knowing that Yanzhen wasn’t the root cause.
I just finished the show, and I don’t regret watching. I’m one of those individuals who don’t mind spoilers, so I read reviews and comments on here, Tumblr, IMDB, Blogspot, you freakin’ name it. So, I went in expecting a hot mess. I was expecting to be frustrated and unsatisfied with the romance…I was ready for a world of hurt.
But boy was I wrong! The show was awesome! And the romance was so well done. I don’t care what anyone else says, I don’t think I would’ve wanted it any other way. Okay, I take that back. I wouldn’t mind those deleted scenes being added back in, and that alleged 90 minutes worth of footage that was taken out being put back in…but a girl can dream, and I’m happy with what I got.
Therefore, I’ll say, please give this drama a shot. Yan Zhen was my favorite character. His “smizing” and comic relief was what got me through the sad parts.
Yet, I can’t help but wonder how all the characters will get through what followed in China’s history. Maybe, it’s best if I don’t know.
Have someone can tell to me where I can download this drama but not in iqiyi?
There are some episodes on YouTube, but it depends on where you are. Then there are other ways…but I’m not sure if they’re the, um, best 👀. Have you searched everywhere online?
All in all, I’m not sure who is to blame for Song’s death in Episode 43. Yanzhen? No.
I think there were a lot of factors. Maybe one should word it like this: what were ways Song could have escaped death? I think that’s the best question.
Okay. But there is one thing I must ask, because this is what happens when you’re looking at comments on iQiyi.…
Okay. So, based off of second-hand knowledge, in terms of the military, I believe Yanzhen was vindicated for what occurred when Song bit the dust. He was vindicated based off of what occurred in the last episode.
But I have yet to watch the episode.
Edit: Actually, having finished the show, Yanzhen (on his own accord) chose to not graduate since Xiang didn’t. They opted to leave the military life behind and start anew. They literally walked into the sunset. Also, Yanzhen did avenge Song’s death (in a baddie way). So, all is well as it can be.
She realised about her feelings quite late. Can't remember the exact episodes but the journey in between is super…
Trust me. It’s worth it. The moments in between is what matters. When you start to doubt the main leads ever getting together, a moment occurs between the pair that makes you think “ah, they really do love each other.” But I do understand your impatience.
And you’re so right. OST on repeat, and searching daily for AMA edits and BTS vids on YouTube 🥲

Question: Does Yanzhen graduate from the academy?
