I've been trying to not to hate ST but this ep did it for me, I've been annoyed at him since he was basically all "ST belongs to ST but KT also belongs ST" and now this, I feel SO bad for KT like he has NO life other than taking care of his brother, his own mother told him that's the sole reason she gave birth to him, and sure she did love him and care and did nice things for him, but it's still a pretty fucked up thing to say to CHILD.
Aghh I'm so annoyed, and I just KNOW KT is gonna go back to be a shell of a person to wait and serve ST's every need ugh

I'd say Jung Hae In is pretty famous too, maybe not on the same level as Kim Soo Hyun but I'd also say Chae Soo Bin is more popular than Seo Ye Ji so it compensates lol.
I feel you tho, I also get bitter when people don't appreciate things I like that are in the same vein as other super popular stuff, I feel like what really helped this drama, apart from being KSH's comeback, was Netflix. I saw SO much promotion for it while I didn't even know from APOYM existed until after it started airing.
The pace for APOYM was pretty slow too, I tried watching it and it just didn't capture me, like I got so bored half way the first episode, it feels like one of those dramas were you need be in the right mood for it, like it's a straight up melodrama and this has a lot of comedy in it so it's easier for people to get into.
It's funny that you think this drama has high ratings tho bc there are weekly discussions here about how the ratings aren't as good as expected, but like someone else said since this was bought by Netflix it wouldn't get canceled even if it had .05 % ratings lol

Honestly I'm only giving it such a high rating (7) bc I love the leads, but ugh they way it dragged on and on and onnnnn just for them to clear everything up in the last 10 mins and ofc as always there were no consequences for the wrongdoers

I'm currently on ep 20 and after reading all these comments I'm dreading getting into the angsty part lmao, should I just watch til the miscarriage ep and then skip til the end? And if there's any ep/scene in between you think I should watch please let me know, I don't think I can watch this in full.
Like I love angst but I hate when it drags too much and that seems to be the case here, esp since they JUST got together and it seems there's more drama than happy moments

Tbh I feel like the butterflies thing was set up as common point for MY and ST, my theory is that MY's dad has a butterfly tattoo and that's why she hates them and (a little out there) maybe he killed KT & ST's mom and the tattoo is what ST saw.
I don't think we've seen MY's dad's arms, have we? If they've shown them then ignore all of this lmao

He does! The kisses were lame lol but the story is pretty cute, I'd say is more about the FL's growth and self acceptance with a little romance on the side
