I want to add this too. The male lead reminds me so much of yehua , the male lead of eternal love( my all time favorite male lead,I love him 😍 ) his demeanor, his composure, he’s like his junior brother or something.

I like how he expresses his emotions. It’s subtle yet very impactful. And I also love how the female lead get him and consoles him right away.

For instance when he went chasing the assassin and he got away. How he expressed his displeasure, and what the FL said afterwards I love that scene. And his reaction towards the FL meeting with the other guy. How issued a warning and even followed them makes me weak!

And I am totally loving the FL acting too. She also reminds me of yang mi in eternal love.

I am loving this drama so much. Am surprised some people have complains. I mean the story is unique and refreshing. Never a dull moment. The characters are refreshing and amazing too. I love historical dramas but I hardly find some to watch these days. The stories are either repetitive or too druggy. This certainly quenches the thirst for me.
