hmm let me tell u the reason why. cruel city is very underrated and its a dark theme. many ppl didnt like the ending because "apparently" the mail lead died. i mean jish, it wasn't a happy drama to begin with, what were they expecting? can u imagine paksa-adl to be all happy-go-lucky after killing of director min and would he be able to lead a normal life?? honestly! and then this drama, again let me restate, got many many viewers because of (hana.1) the pretty boy got most of the attention. (dul.2) even i was hesitant to watch cruel city in the beginning and oh boy i was so glad i did. - i agree. you'r point in claiming what u just said is true too but cruel city by far was defiantly the best.

oh no u did not say that "theking159". the reason i watched this drama because of jong suk's good looks and yeah the story wasn't that bad. BUT!! cruel city was AMAAH-ZING story wise, action wise, actor wise, EVERYTHING. the ending. the starting. every little detail in cruel city was beyond perfection.

this was 2013s best drama. nothing can beat this.
