Anorexia doesn't happen only in women.It is more common however as we,women tend to compare ourselves with pictures we see online or comments made by some pretty foolish people.We actually attended a seminar in school about the illness (it is phycological if I remember correctly).At least in my country there is also a tendency for men too the last couple of years.(It is a shame that I don't remember much) I am not an expert of course as you can tell
