People usually grunt and make sounds when we're not aware of it or when we move certain parts of our body too fast. In Heart's case he just cant hear himselves so whatever sounds come out his mouth whether it be grunting, heavy breathing and so on he wouldn't be aware of it. It makes sense since he was grunting while signing aggressively.

Actually it's very common for ones speech to be affected after becoming deaf. Because you won't be able to hear yourself you wont know what's actually coming out of your mouth and this affects your speech over time. I know many people who went deaf later in their life, but have stopped speaking because they don't feel comfortable. Afterall speaking and not being able to hear yourself can be frustrating.

A lot of people seem to have mixed feelings of this whole suicide thing. Personally as someone who's not doing well mentally i did feel seen by this drama. We all go through different things and we all experience different things. Therefore we also interpret this drama differently. I personally liked it. I cried a lot each episode and it rlly hit deep.

I usually cringe so badly during "accidental kisses", but i didnt have any issues with this one. It felt realistic enough and wasnt that exaggerated.

To clear up the Ayan and Thua thing. In thai culture you usually call other people's mom for "mom" or "aunt". So if you and i were thai friends i would most likely adress your mom as "mom".
