This one feels different from the typical bl's. It has this mature tension over it and the film making itself reminds me a lot of western movies. Only two episodes in and its already giving sad vibes. Im loving it though. I dont think ive ever felt this way about any bl and totally unexpected that its coming from a korean bl. This one is different in a way i cant really explain. It carries this vibe over it with a lot of emotions and sensual scenes.

"no rape" did we watch the same thing? Luo Yin was FORCED into sex SEVERAL times. He did give in half through each time, but he shouldn't have been forced in the first time. Several times he was pinned down on the bed and kissed while trying to push Gu Hai off him.

Also im almost 100% sure that the grunting sounds he made isn't because he cant speak. People usually grunt and make sounds when we're not aware of it or when we move certain parts of our body too fast. In Heart's case he just cant hear himselves so whatever sounds come out his mouth whether it be grunting, heavy breathing and so on he wouldn't be aware of it. It makes sense since he was grunting while signing aggressively.

Actually it's very common for ones speech to be affected after becoming deaf. Because you won't be able to hear yourself you wont know what's actually coming out of your mouth and this affects your speech over time. I know many people who went deaf later in their life, but have stopped speaking because they don't feel comfortable. Afterall speaking and not being able to hear yourself can be frustrating.
