She's stupid for not warning him if she was so scared for his safety. She chose to disappear which is not very informative to SY. Also writing that she hopes he would be in peace and happy after she left 😂 I laughed at that letter. Short and stupid. SY is stupid for trusting her and I already know he continues to trust her aka being stupid. In real life she's someone nobody can trust.

SY has been there for years for her. She knows that and has seen that. If she was so scared for his safety, she should have warned him. Who protects someone without a warning? All of this is just stupid writing, nothing else.

Separation for whatever reason is a common trope used in C-dramas and K-dramas. Of course we have it here too. Personally I hate it with passion. There is no good reason to use it, ever, in my eyes. It's just something that need to ff or skip.
