They didn't even discuss what happened and how they lied to each other.
But that's exactly it, it wasn't genuine. They were not honest about anything to each other. Hiding stuff like that and not discuss it means trouble also in the future. But that's kind of my dated opinion. I've realized the ending is just imagination.
This is a low-budget series, made under a lot of pressure, restrictions, and limitations. Even though the ending…
I don't know. Now I feel like I wasted my time and I'm pissed. I didn't get what the beginning was promising. This went downhill and fast. I didn't need to get this series back after all.
I have the impression that from episode 4 onwards the narrative changed and the director gave up showing physical…
I loved the 4 first episodes, but everything changed when we got the series back. It became misery only. The ending made it clear how this was not perfect, not even great.
Well, I had high hopes and loved the 4 first episodes we saw. Then when this continued... I don't know. All we got was angst, misery and brutality and an unhealthy relationship when they hide a lot of stuff. We also got a very sick father-son relationship and no resolution for it. The writers had a good chance to show what the dad deserved, but no. Let's show again how acceptable this is and how no one can escape from it, they thought. Then the ending? What was that? Shitty is a good word for it. I recommended this to someone. Now I have to tell her not to watch this after all. I still can't believe what kind of a writer thinks it's entertaining as a bl lover to watch a psycho dad torture his son and get away with it. I'm speechless.
