Toh heard Jimmy on the phone. He knows Jimmy is using him meaning acting and lying. That is not "feeling love in Jimmy's gestures". Any sane person would have ran away and fast after that phone call or after confronting him. He's being a masochist.

We don't know about their past enough, if Teh's behaviour is weird or not. Maybe Toh is simple and Teh needs to protect him. He certainly doesn't listen to his brother nor respect himself.

They barely have any relationship and have just met. He also heard what Jimmy is before being "manipulated" by Jimmy. Their "relationship" cannot be compared to for example someone being trapped in a years long violent marriage. If he lost his brain after one day, then he has a very weak personality.

What I'm trying to say is more like there's more normal people out there who don't have a lot power doing all those schemes like TMS. Most of people are not that rich and smart. Most of people couldn't pull all that off. BUT what happens here in this bl, is something everyone of us could do if wanted to. I could become a player if wanted to. I could be a two-timer. I could steal my friend's lover. I could do all that. However, I could not do what happened in TMS, even if I wanted to. And that's why it makes to story unrealistic to most of us normal everyday people.

Of course Teh could just tell everything what Jimmy did. BUT what is so hard to understand about the word player? That word alone should tell Toh to stay away, but it didn't by his own choice. Teh treat him like a kid and is worried about him. And it looks like he was right to do so. Toh makes bad choices.

All you explained just shows what he's exactly choosing and how he's being dumb. However, that's like the saying goes. Love is blind and makes people acting stupid and dangerously even. Toh is making a fool of himself and he knows it.

It's easy to cheat your friends, lovers etc. like in this bl. But what happened in To My Shore was so crazy, nobody could do that irl, not like that.

They cut something out maybe and caused the delay.

Teh also likes Fah, but still is able to stay away him because of the promise.

Teh handled the situation badly, but still, he isn't even half as bad as Jimmy. We can see it how Teh wants to respect the deal and stays away from Fah. At the same time Jimmy doesn't even care.

Teh did his part. He warned his brother over and over again. Toh just doesn’t trust his own brother it seems and has chosen to lie to him. He can't say nobody warned him.
