Why? Because people keep telling me, she (or others) don't always talk like that. Meaning, she's faking it. AND it's not about voice only. It's often accompanied with childish behavior and warderobe.

Just the opposite. It's sick to prefer childlike female characters in dramas. So many women speak unnaturally just to fit that mold men like. Women should be let being women. Not to act childlike.
