hmmm i think soohaa is innocent, do u remember first ep min jook called someone and told him that he have killed so hoo father plus the motive was never revealed why he killed his father, i believe there is someone else behind all this who have used this opportunity to kill min jook (min jook might be blackmailing the person who asked him to kill sohaa father and he framed sooha for the murder).
