This drama is very confusing, it has 2 versions, the CSub version and the HBO version, I thought the CSub version was the complete version but apparently not, both versions have different cut scenes and dialogue in some parts, its has scenes and dialogue that in the another version not has, the durations also different too, so if you watch the csub version it has a scenes that only have in this version and not in HBO version vice versa, in csub version has Cast introduction in Mandarin, names and roles, but nothing for those not have hardsub csub ,the point is that no version is completely complete

maybe for some people think this is not a beautiful ending , but for me its a very match ending ,很心痛但是适合的结局，broke my latest record , I watched the drama with 14 eps 30 minutes in 10 days, even though I could finish the drama 57 eps 45 minutes in 3 days , i watch 1 eps 30 minutes for 5 hours, repear and repeat ,not because this drama is bad ,, but I really enjoyed it , I don't regret watching it ,i feel pleasure, the acting is pretty good , drama story with a very beautiful and fresh concept, drama details that answer all the questions they put out, maybe because this is a short drama the story isn't long enough, and because the storyline goes backwards, I really hope to be able to watch further, but all the stories are quite clear, at least 72 questions that I wrote on the list were all answered,,, FL is very beautiful and elegant, I fell in love with her acting, maybe it still needs improvment for all casting but it's enough, really hope she can get another serious historical drama, she deserves it! ,, all the casts and crews are very good and deserve appreciation, my rating is 10, it's been a long time since I've ever given a 10 in a cdrama rating ,,,
I appreciate the details that the crew made, maybe there are little details that I might have missed, but I got answers of all the details that I want to know,, and there is 2 thing that I realized, this dramas with Chinese subtitles have time information in Chinese writing that isn't in Indonesian and English sub, for example the age of cast age or era, and every a few second opening there is a scene where there is a long text like a snippet of a novel, from episode 1 to 14, all the paragraph stories in the opening are different

After the ep 11 talk, what decision did XQ make? stop or forward? ,, ep 16 XQ said she wanted to know him again and step by step, but she only said to ZXR, and at the opening of ep 18 SY said that XQ had already made that decision? i just felt the last 10 eps look so shuddenly ,the timeskip and shuddenly scene ,not like the eps before ,fortunately every new eps continue a little scene of prev episode ,it's rare to have basic edits like that in cdramas now, so I don't feel i watching a wrong episodes, otherwise I will feel like the last few episodes made me feel like I missed something ,, and i think i can see a twist about GLH ,because the incident that happened to him seemed so unreal, I thought there would be a plot twist that he was helped by JH ,,and how can GLH scene is not shown at all? and how can LZS think that GLH is his biological father? and how is the relationship between GLH and LYS so can cause this misunderstanding happen? ,, and how can LZS from little beggar can become a merchant?I still haven't got the answer

this drama deserve more than 8.2
they cut the scene in interesting timing scenes only to add a useless 15 minute last scene? many scenes that do not connect as episodes change
