Both are funny rom-coms where ML is a skilled secret agent/detective. In "Good Job", ML is also the CEO of a great company while in "Man to Man" the main male character works for South Korea secret service.

Love Me, Love My Voice has the exact same calm vibes I was looking for since watching GO into Your Heart
They are both at the top of the healthy relationships list
They both have super cute light hearted romance that makes you smile the entire time
Both have very unique careers rather than just a typical businessman or sports while still having that media/fandom aspect (like Falling Into Your Smile)
Their main similarity is the male leads. They're practically the same person
Jingchu set the highest standards and Qingcheng exceeded it
-top of their field, perceived as a legend/god
-only have eyes for their girl since the beginning
-very calm and logical
-exclusive/mysterious people but are open about their girl and makes her feel special
While their female lead are also smart and talented on their own
-not necessarily whiny
-extremely kind and caring
Both leads are kind and considerate people, no arrogance in sigh, also wasn't shy when starting their relationship
Both relationship were fall in love at first sight or voice in LMLMV
Another similarity is the found family
The side characters who are either in the same recording studio or in the same GO team are all amazing and supportive of the leads
If you're into non-stop sweet cheesy romance, these are definitely my top 2s
Although, I would skip both of the side couples scenes (more tolerable in LMLMV)

Also about a real world person going into her own fiction with preconceived notions about the main male lead but comes to realize they are their own person with their own traumas and motives.

Both of them are korean dating shows. What they have as 4 cupids is similar, but in Singles Inferno they're just commentators, and here they're mentors as well. But the way the two shows commented and acted out is very similar.
