No one truly knows what mysteries lie in the hearts of strangers. If you could see through their eyes, what would you find? Worlds of ambition, betrayal, longing, suspicion, horror, love, and hate. Fifteen people residing in Beijing live out fifteen seemingly unique stories, but perhaps their lives are more connected than they seem.???
Both stories starts with a steamy dream sequence in the pool between mainleads.
Rich Tsundere Male heroes.
Both ML are looking for FL with a blossom mark on her body.
Both FL at certain point treats ML harshly and rejects him at every turn.
Both ML are poisoned with Heart Curse and needs to sleep with FL to cure it.

I can't explain why, but I feel like these two are similar, although Moonlit Reunion isn't really heavy on the xianxia genre. The main leads both hide their identities and fall in love even though they shouldn't.
For everyone who got butterflies in every scene Ji bonzai and Ming yi had together, you definitely won’t be disappointed by the chemistry between the leads in legend of Fuyao. I’ve been looking forever for something that could match theirs, and finally LITC delivered!
There are a few similarities:
- Both FLs seek revenge on the family who have wronged them and their families
- Both FLs work with children
- Both FLs have their best friends helping them with the revenge plan
- Both FLs were abused when they were younger
- Evil matriarch / family members
- Both MLs are related to the family FLs seeking revenge on

Similar Shanghai aesthetics
Similar cozy vibe
Also the story centered around urban life in Shanghai

Both Gyeongseong Creature and Love on the Turquoise share a deep emotional core — love born in hardship, characters carrying wounds, and two souls from different worlds finding comfort in each other. Both dramas mix pain, healing, and beautifully atmospheric storytelling, leaving a bittersweet feeling that stays with you long after finishing.
Both are about a group of strangers playing a game of life and death in order to win a large amount of money. One is the historical, the other modern day.

- Both ML leads are Narcistic? (ML in shooting stars does show some Narcistic traits)
- Both FL's hate the ML at first
- ML and FL in both share quite a long history with each other (in shooting stars, they knew each other in college, while in WWWSK they were childhood friends though the FL doesn't initially recognise the ML)
- In both FL work under the ML, but in sort of different ways, FL in WWWSK works as ML's secretary.

A similar plot. In a past life, a maid becomes a concubine, but she and her child are killed. In this life, she will take revenge. In version "A maid's ... " the ml is more immoral, and the scenes are more explicit.
A lot of C-dramas with slightly older leads who are constantly pushed by their families to get married through endless blind dates, while the younger characters in the story are busy figuring out their place in society, juggling rent, lifestyle costs, and everyday life on an ordinary salary.
Quirky male leads with clumsy social skills, strict personal routines, zero plans to marry, and a deep love for their home and personal space.
The protagonist in both dramas is an architect in his 40's who has no future plans of marriage but finds the one woman who will change his perception on life.
MKDO is the sequel of the original Japanese series:He who cant marry, that this cdrama is a remake of!
