Well,, It’s all about the leads become an interpreter…
I haven’t finished the series but I believe the attitude of them might be similar (as an interpreter and the professionalism shown)

Spoilers!! (kinda)
Story-wise these dramas aren't that similar, but Endless Sea reminds of Twelve Letters. The idea of two young people trying to change their parents' / grandparents' fate with a letter as the key seems similar. While Endless Sea is about a time loop where both leads end up on the same day several times, trying to break the loop; Twelve Letters features the characters from the present trying to connect to the leads from the past via a letterbox.
Twelve Letters is much more complex and heart-wrenching, and Endless Sea is a quick, easy watch.

Both feature:
- A romance between a celebrity and non celebrity
- The FL is the pursuer and attempts again and again to influence the ML

Differences:
- ML is the celebrity in Lovely Runner vs Female lead in Can This Love Be Translated
- In Lovely Runner, the 'groundhogs day', sci-fi element, of rerunning the scenario over and over helps justify the FL trying again and again despite getting shot down
- Lovely Runner has very satisfying romantic scenes for the audience once the two leads start realising what's going on and start connecting

Would highly recommend Lovely Runner!

1. Both dramas have a forensic concept; the FL is a forensic expert in TB, and the ML is a detective.
2. The chemistry between the ML and FL is really good in TB.
3. The first season of talking bones give us the basic understanding of the characters, and the love story mainly progresses in season 2.
4. Talking bones have multiple cases.
If you like MEDQSE, you will love TB as well.

Both have a background love angle that starts from ep1 and progresses throughout the series, although WSFIL focuses on cases involving human trafficking, the overall layout is the same. WSFIL is a little complex compared to MEDQSE.

1. ML and FL meet for the first time in ep 1 and then slowly fall for eo throughout the series
2. Both have a serial killer
3. In both, the ML is super smart
4. Both focus on forensic details and criminal psychology (LMIYD focus on these details a lot more than the other)

Both dramas set in the pre-2000s era, in which Aema is set in 1980s while Undercover Miss Hong is set in 1990s. Both dramas present female characters working in male-dominated industries.

Both Denied Love and Chasing Love are thai GLs from the same author and in both the series one of the mains shamelessly persuite the other but the latter is emotionally unavailable as well as keep denying their feelings.

Rivals Fang Li and An Hang accidentally get trapped in a virtual world, becoming a married couple. With opposing system missions, they must defeat each other to return to reality. As they battle it out, they start to fall for each other. Can they rewrite the system's rules and find a way out?

Both are Y series from Thailand. In both the series the spoiled rich city boy/girl is forced to stay in a village and face difficulties in adjustments. But their love interests help them to get adjust in the village.

Both Thai BLs with a main lead that has a supernatural ability to read minds.. Boy From Next World has parallel universes where the ML goes into his own body and Me and Who has a ML isekai'd into someone else's body... they both just reminded me of each other.

If you like theme genre about Swap soul body, u might like secret garden the story same has complexion too also the same action that female lead did too after watch to my beloved thief u should immediately watch secret garden too! It's worth to watch! As entertain make your day!

I found the two FL's family situation quite similar, though it takes up more of the story in Autumn Fairy Tale. The topic of the last 20-ish minutes is also similar, but it would contain spoilers, so I'll just leave it at that.
