The share a similar theme of reincarnation where the MLs meet their reborn love ones when they are much older. They also reborn as a male in both. The difference is that BJoTO is a movie and more realistic.
Reborn: Family Drama
Go Ahead: Family Drama
Both stories has a REALLY DIFFERENT pattern or plot bit if you look closer to it the message they’re trying to convey are pretty mich the same. It’s how fragile a relationship (family, friendship, lover) is but it is the strongest tie human could have. After all they need those relationship… Both series shows how a toxic relationship broke someone but lead them to understand things better and teach them about how life works… I enjoyed both series but I won’t go for another sea of tears…

Zeztz is the series following Gavv so if want to watch the Kamen Rider seasons in order then you should watch Zeztz after Gavv.
Bedevilled (2010) is a must watch film if you enjoy psychological thrillers with complex female leads. The story follows Kim Bok-nam, a woman who suffers abuse and injustice on a remote island, and her transformation into someone ruthless and dangerous is simply fascinating. Every action she takes ramps up the tension and keeps you glued to the story, unable to look away. It’s different from Queen Mantis since it’s a film, but the suspense, intensity, and the way the protagonist dominates every scene make it just as impactful."
If you liked Queen Mantis and its smart, intense, psychologically complex female lead, you’ll definitely want to check out The Frog (2024). This K-drama also revolves around a woman with a dark past, and the way she manipulates, influences, and surprises everyone around her makes for a super gripping thriller. It’s not exactly the same, but if you’re into female led thrillers with mystery, you’ll probably love it.
NBI agent Anton Dela Rosa discovers that he possesses an innate ability to view crimes from the perspective of a killer accompanied by erratic sociopathic tendencies, just like his serial killer father known as the Cattleya Killer.
Us is a refreshingly intelligent script brought to life by exciting new couple paring, Emi / Bonnie. What sets Us apart in a lakhorn styled, angst heavy genre is the nuance and rare common sense of a script that avoids melodramatic predictability and employs common romantic tropes with a fresh perspective.
A grieving Pam (Emi Thasorn Klinnium) is pulled into a revenge plot with Nene (Mim Rattanawadee Wongthong), a mysterious manipulator with an underlying vulnerability, until she finds herself in growing sympathy with the brother and sister who are supposed to be her targets, Kawi (Sing Harit Cheewagaroon) and Dokrak (Bonnie Pattraphus Borattasuwan), to whom Emi is particularly drawn. There is compelling chemistry developing between Pam and Dokrak and a strong core ensemble supporting cast, including experienced Thai GL/BL actor View Benyapa Jeenprasom as Oat, whose character serves as both a catalyst for the telling of characters' backstories and one half of the 2nd romantic pair, and industry veteran Nid Sansanee Wattananukul, who plays Emi's grandmother, a source of unconditional love and good humor that contrasts sharply with the cold and violent family crucible that damaged Kawi, Dokrak, and Nene in the past and still threatens their future.
Instead of getting tangled up in contrived misunderstandings and bad faith subterfuge, the script gives room for the characters to develop, make mistakes, face their fears, and come together in a compassionate exploration of trust, friendship, healing, forgiveness, found family, and lasting passion.

How can two shows be so similar?!
In both dramas we have a strong and smart FL who tries to single-handedly stand against her powerful family members, who attempt to strip her of her inheritance.
In Queen of Tears, her mother, father, and brother are still alive and wholeheartedly support her, even if they sometimes fall behind. But in Graceful Family, the FL is truly alone — even her father betrays her.
In both shows, the ML is a lawyer from an average family who stays by her side throughout the journey to help her regain her power. Both FLs also struggle with a strange, incurable illness, and in both cases, people perceive them as “crazy,” yet still undeniably authoritative.

both shows have the same director so you will get the same vibes while watching the show "Graceful Family".
Both are adapted from the novels written by the same author "Mo Shu Bai". Both dramas have interesting plots with well-written characters.
Similar storyline - one is deeply in love while the other one has someone else, emotionally destroyable
