If we exclude the fantastical parts, the stories of FL and ML in both productions are very similar. While watching the series, I couldn't help but think of the movie. The events are different, but who they are and their lives are similar. They're like alternate versions of the characters in the film. Both have a very high potential to make you cry, especially episode 8.
Both dramas are sweet love stories with a bit of slice of life feeling. ST follows multiple storylines of our three besties and even though I was prepared to skip the other two, in the end I fell in love with the side couples even more than the leading one. In SoM we have one strong love line but some of the scenes are similar (well clishé has to be present in a real love story!). So the ML is always sure to secretly state he's gonna marry our lead girl!
The concept of the drama is very similar.
It's a modern action adventure drama with a little fantasy and a little romance.

their both shows about a group of people of hierarchy and dynamics , in the former mining gold, in the latter diving for ancient pottery, while plotting schemes and deceiving each other. Both were suspenseful and thrilling to watch!
Both dramas lean into quiet emotions and mature storytelling. Like The Best Thing, Road Home focuses on emotional restraint, personal growth, and a romance built on understanding, patience, and feelings that run deep rather than dramatic conflict.
Both dramas are rooted in warmth, emotional growth, and character development. Like Shine On Me, When I Fly Towards You focuses on everyday moments, supportive relationships, and a gentle romance that grows naturally without unnecessary angst.
# MC chemistry 10/10
# Uke guy is cute as a button, but with backbone, when it counts
# Seme’s in both dramas with similar character traits
# supportive friends
# storyline at a good pace without unnecessary added drama
Just give it a go. It’s wholesome.

Both in high school and both bl drama but school trip does have more fluff than our youth. Both a very good watch however.
Same premise.
Both are Wattpad stories inspired from Boys over flowers and are filipino.
But the Four bad boys and me is even more on crack than he's into her. It is like watching 10 episodes of episodes in one happening movie.

Em ambos a FL morre pela mão do noivo e descobre que quem ela tanto desprezava vingou sua morte, e ao renascer muda seu destino e se vinga.

Good boy gone bad, reunion, steamy goodness.
Speed and Love is more wattpad coded but The Farewell Song has a lot of parallels and if you like the basic story (of two people who partially grew up together as fake siblings, later separate and then reunite with the ML having become a fighter, then you’ll probably also like this).
TFS has a mystery element (who done it) but I would recommend you check it out

Spoilers!!
- Xianxia/Xuanhuan, Romance
- In both dramas, the main leads seem to have a past connection like a fight/separation which the FL doesn't remember (+ both FLs killing their MLs on their wedding day °o°)
- FLs seem ordinary at first, but do actually have or are hiding their powers
