First of all,,, I would say… Keyu and Xinhai looks soooooooooooooooooo similar in these drama… which leads me to watch both… but,, overall you can watch FBF and SB for:

I think this is also a high IQ murder mystery series although it's straight.

Main characters who don't really know what love is. The male leads are both robotic (to start) and want to learn more about love. The female lead or leads are also finding out at the same time while trying to help.
There are long takes between cuts for some scenes. Long scenes of fun dialogue. They are lower budget movies that look amazing and are filmed well.

Both shows have Same FL. Both shows are set in winter. The vibes are comforting. If you like amidst snowstorm of love,you will definitely like shine on me.

Have one or two cast that also playing in HiLo & Crows zero. Same theme about gang but focused on school gang and comedy. The acting also good and the fight scene also good. Like sword they also have female character that played part in the story.

What's make them different is HiLo is original series, came out first before the manga or game. And Kyou Kara Ore Wa was Live Drama adaptation from Old Manga.

The friendship? Oh you might be having hard time because too much laugh because the way they make bond with character having lot of comedy. But there's also serious & cool time too!

The trailer having japanese text to so I'm very certain either producer or director or writer from HiLo series involving in this Thai drama.
