Both are wuxia/ about martial arts heroes set during a historical period. Both have great martial arts, great actors, great productions but plot points that are dragged on to frustrating levels that make them not worth watching imo. You might keep watching anyway if youve started them already due to their good points I mentioned and their addictive natures so its better you dont start them in the first place

similar feeling. male lead has a unique skill and wants to do things his way while the rest of the world may not quite agree with his pacing/timing.
the female lead is not as good as she wants to be in her chosen field but her perseverance and personality attract future love.

you get the office dynamics, old love vs a new love, successful career woman and nice chemistry between leads. PoH has more female friendships. Both have elements of over the top comedy at the beginning and end of the series

Discovering love takes work. Great chemistry. PoH has more interesting dynamics between the leads because they don't seem like your stereotypical drama leads but more like the typical stereotype of a second leads. but this time you get to see why they think the way they do and why they act the way they do. LNF has all the drama clichés you could hope for yet you still get excited for what comes next.
You want to know who will outmaneuver who first? These dramas are full of twists and turns and keep the thrills coming.

oMG talk about a time crunch. With Punch the tension never ends. but you keep coming back for more hoping against hope things will all work out in the end. With God's Gift... there's also a lot of tension but the ending left me wanting.

heartbreakingly epic. love, justice, hate, revenge, combat, and politics come in all shapes and forms in drama and but These dramas do it beautifully.
you really want to know if the ends justify the means. both dramas have people doing good and bad things for a variety of reasons and you really don't know who to root for but you hope that good triumphs. Or whatever passes for good in this world.

the leads in both film confess their feelings, make up for their mistakes and try to use the remaining time well after they know that one of them has a terminal illness.
