There's the same concept of the school sucking and being rivals with a better school (academic and baseball-wise). Also there's the same actors, Nakajima Yuto and Yamazaki Kento, once again on the same struggling team.

Tumbling also revolves around "Yankees" or delinquent-like students joining a team sport and struggling/working together. Also you get the same satisfaction of cute boys in tight gymnastic suits instead of tight speedos.

Both leads have a supernatural power and that's why they're using their power to save others. You can see a good-evil 'fight' in both dramas.

Another High School romance. MARS is slightly more angsty (but nothing too bad) and the feel is similar. And I would swear the filming location is identical.

well the acting is really good in both, they are both sad only this one is more sad they involve royals
Both are drama and movie about firefighter, though on movie 'the tower' only focuses on rescuing people inside a burning tower.
Both dramas are about doctors and nurses trying to save people outside the hospital though Dr. DMAT focuses more onto disaster cases.
They are both great movies and it all revolves around the Gwangju massacre on May 18.

The theme is the same in the drama Tree of Heaven with a similar story.

Que Sera Sera stars Eric and Jung Yu Mi, approximately 7 years ago, and is responsible for fans calling them the 'Elevator Couple'. It tells the story of a man who is experienced in getting what he wants from women, without loving any of them, and a woman who has never been kissed. As the drama progresses, the chemistry increases between the two, which results in some romantic and passionate scenes.

Definitely continue watching the second season because it is great! :)

They are both adaptations of the manga, however the chinese version is longer.
Slow-paced dramas, depicting an older woman - younger man relationship, similar atmosphere. They're not awesome, but both a decent watch to relax after a rough day.

Same leading actors, a somewhat similar plot-line - JG is historical while TBD&W is Modern - TBD&W is the better drama in my opinion.

Both 20th Century Boys and Death Note are based on an action genre manga series.
