Gui Xiao and Lu Yan Chen met at school – in a middle school playground. They fell in love with one another at first sight. And as they grew older, their feelings for one another grew ever stronger. They became inseparable and hoped to spend the rest of their lives together. But life has other plans for them. Gui Xiao’s family circumstances change. And Lu Yan Chen ends up training as a special police officer – which takes him to a completely different part of the country. Lu Yan Chen’s training is tough, physical, and intense. Both have the same genre = Thriller, Drama, Supernatural, and there's so much suspense that you'll be glued to the end, and your mind will be racing.

Both have a similar angels/fallen angels lore, which I think was better done in Angel's Last Mission than in Genie.

Both are romances between a supernatural ML (cupid vs. genie) and a human FL who is missing something that limits her ability to interact with others (lacking emotions vs. lacking a red thread that would let her find love). In both dramas it's revealed later on that the leads knew and loved each other in a past life that ended tragically with the FL's death and they've now lost memories of.

Both are Korean dramas about a human finding a genie's bottle and being granted three wishes.
