Rain is just too cute playing the funny and smart Ji Woo. The way he speaks in this drama is charming. I enjoyed his character development from materialistic to a caring depth. Lee Jung Jin is also very charming and has a beautiful smile. I appreciated his down to earth portrayal of Detective Do Soo. Yoon Jin Seo is too cute as Soran when she is chasing her “oppa”. Jin Yi was an obviously deep character that is just wasted by Lee Na Young's horrible acting. She had no chemistry with Ji Woo or with Kai. I'm a Daniel Henney fan, but his portrayal of Kai leaves a lot to be desired. I really didn't connect with his character at all. The rest of the characters were just a waste of time except the "bad guys" who are necessary.
Even if you don't watch the drama, then you should check out MBLAQ's "Running & Running" and Jae's "Poison".
I might rewatch parts of this to see Rain's smile and goofiness.
If you are looking for something that isn't very deep and you need a Rain fix, then I would recommend this drama.

high action .rehashed scenes. Slight romance . More crying than warm fuzzies
This was 9 years old when I watched it, but I didn't feel like it was dated at all. Rain really impresses with his stunts & the way he rapidly switches from being goofy one minute to bad ass & then unexpectedly smoldering & then back to goofy. This high action series had SO much running, hand to hand fighting, people getting beat up, taking hits to the head & getting stabbed multiple times & still surviving. But the action sequences were too often too close up to really appreciate or it was in the dark . They went on much longer than was interesting. It would have been more satisfying if they had edited it to 16 episodes. The idiot Private eye from the other country was too stupid for this story & just makes you want to fast forward. Another negative was that things reoccurred too often. How many times does a person have to say :"I never want to see you again" to the same person ? To get caught once by the bad guys & get beat up is bad, but then to let yourself get caught, invite them to catch & then also walk onto their turf is just stupid. The happy ending is a little bland. Rewatch ? yeah but only for Rain & Henney. The romance is slight & there's more crying than heart moments. Was this review helpful to you?

Morning-After Pill
Something about action dramas from around early 2010s make them unique for better or worse. The drama started off with a big bang, literally, while shoving in the maximum possible amount of flashy elements. If you watch the very first scene it should give you a good idea. However, just like other ones from around the same time, it gradually began to wither away after 5-6 episodes until it reached a bland conclusion. The male lead doubling his role as a comedic relief was mostly fine, but him flailing his tongue like a dog was a bit too cringe to tolerate. The drama really wanted to include romance because it was the trend back then, that's why we had multiple pairings, most of them were unnecessary or weak. The main antagonist was your generic baddie, the drama didn't even show him a lot until the last few episodes because they didn't want to bother with more writing. The vibes were very similar to 'A Man Called God (2010)' which came out in the same year, except this one was a bit better. Was this review helpful to you?

All the actors was awesome. Rain, Daniel, Lee Jung Jin and other detectives. There is a big BUT in here. You know when you watch a drama you usually expect the lead actor & actress to have chemistry between them but there is none! I don't know if this is because of Rain's character Ji Woo is funny and playful, make you enjoy the drama and others not! Still her acting is not good as the others. Her eyes were blank all the time. She don't use gestures when she acts. There was some good points but if I say them that would be spoilers :) Soundtracks are awesome. You wanna listen Oran-G - Mayday and MBLAQ songs that used in this drama, again.
I'm a fan of Rain since I watched Ninja Assasin if you didn't watch it, you should. Lee Jung Jin is a good actor and his smile makes you smile, maybe generally you can't call him handsome but he is attractive. When you start this drama, you wanna see his scenes more!
Storyline is intersting. It starts from past and makes you curious. But there were so many characters. And this drama should be 16 episodes. They just dragged on meaninglessly. But still you don't regret it after watching it.

trash that still makes you want to watch )))
it's bad written trash without logic, unrealistic plot and cliches, I was going to drop from first part of episode 1 but... now I'm watching 10th episode ))) why? here are only reasons:1. Rain - I liked him in "full house" and "a love to kill" but here he is even better, soooo funny, cute, somehow different, good acting, hilarious body language and expressions + more hot and good looking then he was ever
2. FL and SML are good looking, cool and as good characters as it is possible in primitive plot/writing like this.
3. it's comedy and Rain's character/acting really makes you lough or at list positive mood, so if you watch it as comedy, not expect anything, not even try understand full plot, skip everything except Rain, FL and SML (as I do) you may enjoy and watch even full series... I'm saying one more episode and I'll drop but still watching )))
