This is my first time to watch Ji Sung.
My review will be short! All I can say is this drama tends to bore me at times especially with a lot of flashbacks! But Ji Sung is great a actor! :) I watched this drama because of PSJ. And he didn't disappoint me as well.

Hwang Jung-eum is ANNOYING THE WHOLE TIME. maybe I just don't like her acting in this drama. She keeps shouting and cries a lot agh so annoying. I almost didn't finish this drama because of her.

I will recommend this drama if you're a fan of PSJ.

superb acting by main mail character/s

art ( i mean good art, objective art) is food for the soul, whether it's music, visual, film, theater, etc.
the acting of ji sung is that kind of art - an actor who is able to convincingly change from one character to another within a split second, 7 times, and stir up your emotions, your intellect, your imagination - that kind of acting is superb to say the least, that kind of acting is TRUE art and definitely worth your time and investment, if only to see his acting.
it starts a little (or a lot) overdramatic, chaotic, but give it a chance. usually an actor has to get into his/her character and work on it throughout the production. to go from one character to a completely different one 7 times within one production is very difficult, complicated and can be very confusing. but ji sung does it with charm, intelligence, great skill and more. enjoy.

Wow! This show is amazing!

This show was amazing! I was so impressed with the story and the acting! Don’t forget the awesome soundtrack!! It is one of my top favorites on Viki! I will be having my husband watch it with me next. I talked him into watching Masters Sun and he loved it. I think he will enjoy this one also. I think he was mostly amazed at the acting and story Kdramas can spin.

The first part of the drama was a bit hard to get into. I will be honest... it took me a few months to really get into it. I was not sure what to expect. I saw a clip of the drama on Facebook and was shocked it was this show. It hooked me. So I decided to go back, buckle down, and just watch it. I am SO glad I did!! This is one you don’t want to miss!

The lead actor did an awesome job playing several different personalities. He is a great actor.

This show is one of the best. I don't deal with multiple personality disorders or anything like it. But I feel like it did a pretty good job talking about it. It wasn't perfect and their problem was a few things they did that wasn't the best. But overall I think this is a good show. It made me feel sad, happy, mad all in a good way. I like each of the characters that they made for the main dude multiple personalities that he had. They were easy to tell apart. Not once was I confused while watching this show. I know which alter he was every time he switched. The actors and actresses did a good job acting in this. It shows that the director cares about this a lot and puts his whole heart into it. The director did a good job on this show. The script was well written. The translations were good too. The actor’s hair, makeup, and outfits all look very nice. They did a good job on it. The show was never once boring. There was lots of drama and everything that happened made lots of sense. The romance was really well done too. They both had great chemistry together. I would recommend anyone who loves romance and/or medical drama to watch this.

Brilliant acting

I was exhausted by the time I finished this show! There are so many twists and turns in this story, you need a map. It was an original story, very entertaining, but very emotional. Ji Sung is the male lead, and on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give him a 20 for this part! He had trauma in his life which cause him to develop multiple personalities. Each personality was so believable and there were so many heartbreaking scenes. I have to score down for two reasons, one was the overabundance of bad guys, and the other was for the female lead, played by Hwang Jung Eum. She tends to stay on the comedy side of the spectrum which was jarring in a lot of the scenes - her screaming and shrieking were very distracting. She was much better in the emotional scenes toward the end. I felt the ending was rushed after all the drama they went through, but this show has one of the best lines ever in ep 1 "Remember - January 7, 2015 at 10:00 on the dot. The time I fell for you." If for no other reason, watch this for Ji Sung's acting.

I had really high expectations with this drama. And i have to be honest, the first half of the drama was pretty average for me. Ji Sung was absolutely wonderful and i don't have anything bad to say about him,his acting was wonderful and i loved every character he displayed. It's not easy to portray seven different characters and he freaking did it but Hwang Jung Eum always has childish roles and i don't understand why. She was the same in "She was pretty",a really anxious and loud character. And i don't like characters like that, they might be funny but it gets to a point when they're really annoying.

But I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the last 3-4 episodes. I really loved the plot twist! My mouth was hanging with surprise.

Overall,it's not really the best drama i've ever watched but it was enjoyable.

Great acting in an unusual story

I must admit that even though it wasn't the best drama I've ever watched in my life, it was pretty fine, knowing it was produced back in 2016.

PLOT
The story portrays a rather different story from ordinary romantic comedies: personality disorder. The story has potential and fortunately it was executed well enough for me to be satisfied with it. However, some points I would omit, because it made the drama quite slow and not engaging enough to watch it in one go. The plot twist of main leads was great, I was surprised with it to say the least. Although the story was about fighting with the personality, entwined with the mystery of the chaebol family, I wish they had shown different personalities more, making each episode more interesting.

ACTING
In my opinion, the best non-negotiable perk of that drama was the acting of the male lead. Park Ji Sung is such a talented actor (even though he's one of my favorites, I think that in this drama everybody would agree with that statement). He was able to perfectly show character of each personality in a way that in first 2 seconds. It was obvious which personality was there by simply looking at his eyes. Furthermore, the moment of the change of personality was such a masterpiece, where all of the moves and expressions were on point, enabling the viewer to fully immerse into feelings of the character. Even though Ji Sung's acting was remarkable and the best in the drama, Park Seo Joon and Hwang Jung Eum (second male lead and female lead) portrayed their roles flawlessly, creating a spark of funny moments in the whole story.

REFLECTIONS
I usually write reviews in mind of including some final thoughts and reflections on the show I've watched, but with this one I don't have any, which makes me sad. The story grabs so many problems of nowadays society but the plot didn't show it so greatly for me to catch any reflections. The only one that I can think of would be that whatever you go through, somebody by your side can ease your mind, making you comfortable.

PERKS
(IN THE NEXT PARAGRAPH, THE SPOILERS ARE INCLUDED, MOSTLY ABOUT LAST EPISODE)
As for things that bothered me, they were mostly included in the last episode, which I think was quite unnecessary. Both father waking up and new personality appearing at the end were just taking up time on the screen. Although I know that people change, the change of dark characters, both grandma and father of the male lead was too sudden and created a fake scenario, completely out of the whole puzzle.

SUMMARY.
To sum up, would I recommend it to you? Yes, but brace yourself for some slow going plot and watch out for acting of Ji Sung (truly this man deserves awards for this role)

PS. MUSIC ROCKS IN THIS DRAMA!

To be completely honest, I think Ji Seungs acting is enough reason to watch this drama. How he managed to portray his different personalities while making them all believable...his performance was outstanding!
As for Hwang Jeong Ums acting, I did think she was annoying at first. Gladly she kinda grew on me the more I got into the drama and, I don't know, it seemed like she really meant what she said.

As I couldn't get this drama out of my head during the days and to then rush home to watch some more episodes, I think it is pretty solid to say that I really enjoyed it.
The plot was interesting enough to keep me entertained, it was well paced all the way through.

Short review
First of all I'd like to divide kmhm into 2 parts.
From ep1:7 and from 7:20

The first part was actually boring, it didn't grab my attention but I kept pushing myself due to all the great reviews about it... But I reached a point where I didn't care so I dropped the drama in the middle of the 6th episode for months.
When I got back to watching it again I decided to give it one more chance... And figured that I dropped it just when it was about to get better :D

So the first 6 episodes were meh like I said but the remaining episodes were so much better.. It got me hooked slowly then after 3 4 ep I was strongly addicted that I couldn't wait to find out what will happen next.

The second part was amazingly good that I was so mad at how the writers made me nearly drop it and miss watching this amazing story unfold.

The plot was amazing, all I could think while watching is how did they think of such a sad and beautiful story. They unfold it perfectly, every piece at a time (but after 6 eps of nothingness, unfortunately)

The acting was spectacular although during a few scenes I thought the actors were a little bit exaggerating but overall I didn't mind.

The osts were perfect I think this is the best plot music match I've seen in kdramas.

Overall I strongly suggest watching this... If you could bear the first episodes, you will find the story very beautiful and the wait well deserved. :)

This drama is amazing! The story will make you angry, sad, and laugh with joy! The characters have great chemistry and a reason to be together! It may be melodramatic but in no way does the story drag . You watch as each of the personalities learn to work and love Oh Ri Jin in their own unique ways. It has its joyful moments despite being a melodrama! I really hope you give this drama a chance because you won't regret it! I recommend this drama if you enjoy cohabitation, past trauma, and melodramas!

Definitely worth the watch

Don’t let the episode count or complex storyline sway you from viewing. This is definitely worth your time. From the bottom of my kdrama loving soul, I can promise that this series will not leave you wanting, and instead it’ll check all those boxes for what will keep you hooked and intrigued until the very end. It was so hard to say good bye to each personality. They will live on forever in my heart! Right along with Kill Me, Heal Me. Bittersweet and beautiful and everything you want from a story that will make you fall in love, and yearn, and laugh at life.
