Both have 2 personalties. With the other personality a sweet, kind, gentle person and the original personality a cold, ruthless person. But on SHNPT there is reincarnation, supernatural elements added.
Both have a previous connection with the FL with the other (sweet) personality. They both also have the second personality getting closer to the female lead and them bonding while the original personality does not like the FL at first. There's also cohabitation between the ML and FL due to FL safety.
All in all, I feel, that HKM is a much simpler remake of SHNPT with some plot changes according to their culture and audience preference.

Both dramas shows a lead who suffers from double personality disorder. In HJM is the male lead, on meloholic is the FL. Also there is a criminal aspect on both dramas.
I enjoyed meloholic more because has more comedy with a lead who supports the one who suffers from DID. In HJM I hate the FL for being selfish.

In both dramas the main lead has Dissociative identity disorder (DID), where the two different personalities have different love interests.
Hyde, Jekyll, Me has more comedy while Dear Hyeri is more melodrama.

Both dramas involve the male lead with DID. The difference is that the two identities are played by two different actors in Bad and Crazy, which is quite unique and makes the story interesting.

there are both about an amusement park. the male lead wants to tear it down and the female lead wants to save it. slowly but surely the cold-hearted businessman (male lead) warms up to the cheerful but naive girl (female lead) and eventually they fall in love.

Iwai Takumi, a third-year university student, was a fan of Katagiri Mio, also known as MIO, from the idol group AMEL. Her smile was a source of daily support. However, he was shocked to learn of her relationship with the popular musician Kaito.

While visiting his late grandfather's house in the countryside to heal his emotional wounds, Takumi happened to come across Mio, who was aimless, rain-soaked, and covered in wounds. Mio begged him to let her stay for a while, and he accepted her, beginning the life of his dream of living with his idol. As they spent time together, Takumi realized that Mio had another personality, Maki. Then, news broke that Kaito, who had been in a relationship with Mio, had died, and he began to suspect that she might be the murderer. He wanted to believe, but he couldn't help but doubt. And so, Takumi took action out of love: to protect his "beloved idol" and become an accomplice.

This is a dangerous and heartbreaking love suspense story about a man who becomes addicted to "illusory love" and falls into depravity.
