Lee Hae Seong is transferred to Hangang Mirae Hospital with his mother who is in a vegetative state, because he disobeyed Director Park Geon. Ddol Mi arrives in Seoul and tries to meet Dr. Woo Jin instead of going back to Busan. However, Woo Jin is busy operating and refuses to meet her. Before leaving, an accident happens and she tries to save the victim but is too afraid, which causes Nurse Park Ji Na to do it instead. While Hae Seong is in his previous hospital to return his employment ID card, he sees Ddol Min. Woo Jin is angry after realizing what Ji Na did and Hae Seong finds out that Ddol Mi was a coward. Ji Na submits her resignation because of what she did and Hae Seong goes to drink with her. Suddenly, a crane starts falls next to the restaurant Hae Seong is in.
