'The Memorandum of Kyoko Okitegami' is more like your typical detective drama (with a very whimisical aspect to it) whilst 'Tokyo Salad Bowl' is a little more than that. But I am confident in recommending each drama to fans of the other!

By the same screenwriter. They both are mysteries that are handling unsolved cases or deaths. You learn to love each character as they solve each case leading to the main case of the main lead or the side characters.

Both are mysteries. Both female leads are detectives and solve the mystery crimes. Each female leads has something unique about them. Kyoko forgets after sleeping and kiina has a great memory and could read super fast. She also love sweets!
