One day, by chance, she apprehends a robber at a convenience store, and there she meets Saruwatari Hibiki, who has just been transferred to the Unsolved Cases Comprehensive Countermeasures Management Office (commonly known as the Mikan Room) after being forced out of the First Investigative Division for violent crimes.
