Come Rain Come Shine (2011)

Alla fine ero più interessata all'epilogo del gatto ?

Questa non è una recensione, è semplicemente una comunicazione di servizio! 😁
Se per caso vi capita di vedere il video di questo film con uno Hyun Bin giovane e aitante, con un ciuffo e una fossetta che vi farà strabuzzare gli occhi, con delle scene accattivanti che vi fanno presagire una storia sofferta e d'effetto....ecco, se vi capita questo allora prima della visione assicuratevi che:
1) non siate molto stanchi o assonnati;
2) Siate preparati a dialoghi al lumicino e senza grandi impeti di foga;
3) siate pronti a sentire il sottofondo continuo e costante di pioggia e vedere gran parte delle scene in semibuio.

Detto ciò potrebbe sembrare che lo stia criticando 😅 ma il mio messaggio è più che altro per avvertire chi volesse vederlo, che questi film ha un approccio decisamente difficile e non è tra i più scorrevoli che ho visto! 🫣 Poi di fondo non posso dire che sia un brutto prodotto, soltanto che non mi ha soddisfatto come mi sarei aspettata! Ho apprezzato tantissimo la regia con una cura delle scene molto ricercata, i primi piani sugli sguardi, un'accurata attenzione al dettaglio (forse pure troppo e su cose di poco conto), un'ottima interpretazione dei due attori protagonisti che ritengo senza dubbio di altissimo livello, una fotografia strepitosa... ma poi?!
Per quanto io ami i film introspettivi e lenti, qui confesso che mi è mancata un po' di sostanza! Secondo me la sceneggiatura ha peccato un po' nello sviluppo della storia! Forse ha influito nel giudizio anche il fatto che mi ha ricordato delle vecchie situazioni vissute, e non sono riuscita a empatizzare bene con l'aspetto remissivo e inerme del protagonista che più che altro mi ha creato fastidio, forse mi aspettavo un guizzo che non mi è arrivato né da lei né da lui, ma in conclusione non ho trovato sostanza nella trama, perciò il risultato è stato per quel che mi riguarda, di scarso apporto emotivo.
Poi per carità, lui è sempre un gran bel guardare, poi col capello lungo e quella fossetta è strepitoso, nonché quel piccolo accenno di tartaruga che mi ha svegliato per un attimo dal torpore 🤩 bè diciamo che anche queste possono essere motivazioni per dargli una possibilità! 😁
In conclusione non lo boccio, ma non sarà tra quelli che mi capiterà di nominare spesso!

If you are into fast flow, comedy romantic genre,looking for happy ending all the time (well that's a human nature) then this is NOT your pie, you might get bored. You don't wait, you feel this to appreciate the movie. Well, that's how I view this and think about it.

The movie is heavy, serious, not tear jerker but you'll feel down, you can feel the sadness, regrets, lost and pain the characters are portraying in the verge of divorcing. IF you dont pay too much attention and do not feel what it is, you wont appreciate the movie. If you just got out of breakup, then don't watch it because you may relate into it and you might cry (hehe).
In my opinion, they perfectly portrayed it, no matter how the male lead wants to go back things as they were (he decided to move his office in the basement of the house so he can be with her since he's been working all day till night---car scene) things won't be the same. It is true that some, or mostly women, when they get tired, fed up and already find somebody new (in this case, she cheated on him, and he admitted that he is also to blame, he neglected his wife), it's too late to mend a broken relationship, and it is very seldom that a woman will change her mind and heart (to be back in their marriage again), and the guy is correct, "Getting mad won't change anything.".. You can feel the sadness, the regrets, the wishes but things in reality are not that easy. And I think this movie have best showed that not all relationship that is undergoing "rocky road" will have happy ending.

The cinematography is great, it was able to portray the dark and down emotions, the large and beautiful house became dark, with some roof problems (rain is pouring to some spot)...Personally, I like the movie, some may not appreciate it, but I like it, I felt it.
