If you love Yamada Yuki and Suzuki Nobuyuki.. bromance, fights and gangs.. I'm sure you will like this saga! I recommend to watch all the movies and dramas. Very similar stories, including the characters!
Although in no way does the brilliant cinematography of High&Low match the subtle ambiance here in Bad Boys J (and by that I mean, it feels more low-key than H&L. Yet, I do prefer H&L for its production value and music), these shows give off similar vibes. Kiriki reminds me a bit of a mash between Cobra and Yamato (some of the characters remind you of certain people in either show, I'm sure you'd see the connections!). Here's the reason why you'd like both of these series, or one/the other if you've seen them:
*tons of awesome bromance
*great fighting scenes
*great #friendshipgoals (seriously)
*power struggles, and rising to the 'top,' mentalities among rival gangs and people with 'power trips'
*some great life lessons/deeper meanings behind their fighting in certain contexts
Unrelated: BUT they're both about 22 minutes per episode, and it keeps you engaged.

The story revolves around several high school delinquents fighting to become the "top", but includes some romance and a more humorous tone as the main protagonist is a weak fighter with a strong will to never give up. The main cast of Sugarless are some of the same LDH talents that are in the HIGH&LOW series such as Shirahama Alan, Sano Reo, Machida Keita, Suzuki Nobuyuki, and Sato Taiki. The drama also has the same time format with each episode spanning around 20 minutes or so.
The characters are all rivals or enemies, yet viewers love them.
The series is filled with rich backstories even for older characters and have crazy stunts because fighting is the maint point of the series and deals with drugs, human trafficking, assault and it isn’t afraid to kill off major characters.

Have one or two cast that also playing in HiLo & Crows zero. Same theme about gang but focused on school gang and comedy. The acting also good and the fight scene also good. Like sword they also have female character that played part in the story.
What's make them different is HiLo is original series, came out first before the manga or game. And Kyou Kara Ore Wa was Live Drama adaptation from Old Manga.
The friendship? Oh you might be having hard time because too much laugh because the way they make bond with character having lot of comedy. But there's also serious & cool time too!
