both has a similar story with a poor girl completing tasks in order to earn money by living under the same roof as a group of brothers who are potential heirs of a rich man. Even the first task of making all of the brothers/cousins to eat together as a family is similar. Both has the girl having a mysterious background which will be revealed towards the end of the drama. The Korean version is more drama with some comedy while the Japanese version is more comedy than drama.

This has the whole reverse harem thing going for it. Plus, I think a lot of the cute scenes were homages to Boys Over Flowers. This drama gave me Second and Third Lead syndrome! But in the end I truly believed in the OTP.

Both are reverse harem themed dramas, where a girl ends up living with three brothers in the same house.

both female leads are petite and not known to be the prettiest out of other girls. They are smart, bold, and kind. They care about others and always fight for their rights. She also is protected by a group of guys.
both female leads have a bad temper and will go through character development as they start to spend more time with the female lead. Both are also from very rich families and will argue with their parents due to disagreements.

Can't get enough of Jung Il Woo? Check him out in this drama. He is just as adorably annoying as he was in C4K.

If you like the aspect of a strong independent female lead who works hard and had multiple men protect/love them, these two dramas got it.
Although they are different genres and taken place at different time periods, they both have a lot of similarities. The main male lead is very stubborn and at times rude. The other 3 male characters that follows around the female lead loves her for different reasons (there is the childish cute boy, mature and cool guy, and guy friend personalities). The support characters for both have an amazing story of their own. Both very funny. A few love triangles.

I f you liked the romance in Goblin then I think Cinderella and the four knights would be something you'd enjoy.
- cinderella esk story line
- age gap ( not as apparent in CATFK as in Goblin thank god)
- charming side characters
- cute side couple you can root for
overall while watching Goblin I couldn't stop thinking about Cinderella and the four knights.
