Both have a time warp idea. The future boy meeting the past girl and vice versa. Although for the japanese movie there's a more complex idea about the time warp thingy. It shows parallel worlds where some endings here are not the same in the other world there is.

Because of circumstances out of their control, the main leads of both movies find time slipping away from them.

Inukai Kiri, who suffers from prosopagnosia, a condition that makes it difficult for her to recognize people's faces, became a police officer under the influence of her late father, who was also a police officer, but is currently on leave due to emotional scars. One day, by chance, she apprehends a robber at a convenience store, and there she meets Saruwatari Hibiki, who has just been transferred to the Unsolved Cases Comprehensive Countermeasures Management Office (commonly known as the Mikan Room) after being forced out of the First Investigative Division for violent crimes. In exchange for not being able to recognize people's faces, Ikusui has an outstanding memory, while Saruwatari is unconventional and intuitive. The two join forces to tackle a number of mysterious, unsolved cases that have not been investigated for a long time.

Takatoshi Minamiyama majors in art at a university in Kyoto. On the train to the school, he sees Emi Fukuju and falls in love with her at first sight. Gathering up all his courage, he speaks to her. They begin to date and enjoy happy days together, but Emi reveals her secret to him.

Both involve time travel in which the leads' timelines flow at different speeds, so one is going back further in time while the other is moving forward.

Adiantum Blue is about a pianist with a terminal illness, who wishes to spend her last happy days with her lover in Nice.

Both are romantic films that involved two people from different timelines. However, 'Tomorrow I Will Date With Yesterday’s You' is different in a way that things happened on each characters' modern time while on 'Moments of Love' their romance occurred on different eras,and their story had antagonists.

Zhang Jing Yi is the FL in both. The chemistry is natural. The relationship had depth. However, BEITD does not have a satisfactory ending.

Jung Yeol and Na Ra fell in love with each other and got married. During their marriage, they have grown to hate each other due to their personality differences. They decide to get a divorce. A month later, their divorce will be finalized. But, on the day that they applied for a divorce, they get into a car accident. When they wake up at the hospital, they have both lost their memories and do not remember each other.

SPOILER ALERT! well not really but I had to type atleast 100 letters ;p

Anyway those two dramas are quite simmillar Fantasy/romance drama with a weird twist.

I believe both has the same vibe. The plot is different but the feeling is pretty much the same.
